Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL), Haridwar, has invited bids from contractors for the operations and maintenance (O&M) of a 5 MW solar power project at its Heavy Electricals Equipment Plant (HEEP) in Haridwar, Uttarakhand.
