Bharat Heavy Electricals (BHEL) has issued a tender to set up 1,300 kW of solar projects in Jhansi and Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. The total capacity comprises 800 kW at the BHEL Transformer Plant in Jhansi and 500 kW at the BHEL Heavy Equipment Repair Plant in Varanasi.
