TotalEnergies and the General Electricity Company of Libya have signed a memorandum of understanding to develop 500 MW of solar projects to supply power to the national grid. The agreements aim to develop solar projects for supplying power to the Libyan people and invest in projects reducing gas flaring in oil fields to supply gas to power plants.
