The Ministry of Power has issued new guidelines to streamline rooftop solar installations under the PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana to allow for automatic enhancement of sanctioned load by power distribution companies (DISCOMs) and collection of charges at the time of commissioning.
