The Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (CERC) has issued a notification about fees to be collected by Regional Load Despatch Centres (RLDC) from the generating companies, distribution licensees, inter-state transmission licensees, buyers, sellers, and inter-state trading licensees and any other users.
