The Haryana Electricity Regulatory Commission (HERC) has asked the Haryana Power Purchase Centre (HPPC) to follow the latest competitive bidding guidelines issued by the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE) for procurement from solar photovoltaic (PV) projects.
