Jharkhand State Electricity Regulatory Commission (JSERC) has allowed Jharkhand Bijli Vitran Nigam (JBVNL) to procure 700 MW of Inter-State Transmission System (ISTS) connected solar power from Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI) to fulfill its Renewable Purchase Obligation (RPO).
