The Kerala State Electricity Regulatory Commission (KSERC), in a recent order, rejected the Kerala State Electricity Board’s (KSEB) request to introduce the gross metering and net-billing or net-feed-in program for solar systems as envisaged in the Electricity (Right of Consumers) Amendment Rules, 2021.
