Memorandum of Agreements for the sale of power from 1,000 MW wind capacity auctioned by Solar Energy Corporation of India, has been signed. The agreements to purchase the power under the Ministry of Renewable Energy’s (MNRE) wind auction program were signed between PTC India, the trading company, and DISCOMs (distribution companies) of Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, Delhi, Odisha, and Assam.
