Hyderabad-based solar module and cell manufacturer, Premier Energies, has announced the commissioning of a 400 MW solar photovoltaic cell (Mono PERC) manufacturing facility at its E-City plant in Maheshwaram, Telangana, through its wholly owned subsidiary, Premier Energies Photovoltaic.
