Prism Johnson Limited (formerly Prism Cement) has agreed to acquire up to 30 percent equity stake in a special purpose vehicle (SPV) which will be incorporated with CSE Development (India) Pvt. Ltd. (Cleantech) for setting up captive solar power projects.
