The Solar Energy Corporation of India Ltd. (SECI) has issued a new tender to set up 3 GW of grid-connected solar photovoltaic (PV) capacity linked to 1.5 GW of solar manufacturing unit. The tender document will be available on SECI website from January 30, 2019.
