The Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI) has issued a request for selection to set up 3,540 kW grid-connected rooftop solar projects in educational institutions in three states in the country’s northeastern region under the renewable energy services company (RESCO) mode (RTSPV-Tranche-II).
