Suzlon Sells Two Solar Subsidiaries to ReNew Power for ₹297.3 Million

Suzlon has sold the two subsidiaries which own a total of 30 MW capacity of solar energy projects in Rajasthan for a total sum of ₹297.3 million ($4.29 million)

Suzlon Energy Limited (Suzlon) has announced that it will sell two of its solar subsidiaries to Ostro Energy, a wholly owned subsidiary of independent power producer, ReNew Power. The two subsidiaries are Shreyas Solarfarms Limited (Shreyas Solar) and Aalok Solarfarms Limited (Aalok Solar).
