The Uttar Pradesh New and Renewable Energy Development Agency (UPNEDA) has issued a show-cause notice to a registered vendor under the PM-Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana, citing that some vendors have not installed even a single rooftop solar system since being empanelled.
