The Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Limited (UPPCL) has filed a petition with the Uttar Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (UPERC) seeking it to invalidate the cancellation of a power sale agreement (PSA) for 300 MW of wind power.
