The Fraunhofer Institute for Solar Energy Systems ISE (Fraunhofer ISE) announced that its latest research has found that ultraviolet (UV) tests rate degradation of tunnel oxide passivated contact (TOPCon) silicon solar modules significantly higher than performance reduction in real-life conditions.
